THE STORY

We are redesigning the workforce faster than any generation before us.

AI is changing how work is done.
People are living longer.
Careers are stretching across decades.
Work is becoming global by default.

And yet, we are still designing this future without the people who will live in it the longest.

Workforce 2035 began with a simple question:

WHAT WE HEARD

From our early council conversations, four truths are emerging:

1. THE ECONOMIC REALITY HAS SHIFTED

2. THE WORKPLACE IS BECOMING DEEPLY INTERGENERATIONAL

3. WE EXPECT GLOBAL COLLABORATION - WITHOUT EVER TEACHING IT

4. CAREER THINKING DEPENDS ON PERCEPTION OF AUTOMATION

WHAT WORKFORCE 2035 IS BUILDING

Workforce 2035 is a global advisory council of Gen Z and Gen Alpha, designed to:

Understand how the next generation sees work, AI, learning, and opportunity.

Position them as co-authors, contributors, and visible thinkers — not passive recipients.

Bring their perspectives into:

  • global organisations

  • conferences

  • universities

  • policymakers

  • institutions such as the United Nations

Provide access to:

  • critical thinking development

  • global collaboration opportunities

  • real-world problem solving

  • professional networks

It is something they will have to live in, navigate, and sustain.

The question is not whether they are ready.

It is whether we are willing to listen early enough.
